About Diane Allen – Partner

Diane has a Master’s in Occupational Psychology, a first-class Honours Degree in Psychology from the Queen’s University of Belfast and is currently a (Psychologist in Training) undertaking her Chartership. Diane is a trained Acceptance and Commitment Training Practitioner and licensed to deliver and interpret the TEIQue.

Over the past few years, Diane has developed a particular interest in workplace wellbeing and its’ interplay with a range of positive outcomes – employee satisfaction, leadership and organisational effectiveness. This has included exploring the role of organisations in creating the conditions for positive wellbeing, as well as providing the necessary support and interventions.

About Julie Allen – Partner

Julie Allen is a Chartered member of the CIPD (MCIPD), has a Masters in Business Improvement and a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management. Julie has extensive senior experience in supporting a variety of sectors and organisations to improve their people practices and helping them achieve the Investors in People Standard.

Julie brings a wealth of experience in training interventions, including wellbeing, leadership, service excellence and developing a wide range of sector specific training programmes. She is also an approved EFQM assessor,  EFQM Gold Star and Committed to Excellence advisor and an Acceptance and Commitment Training Practitioner.

About Dominic McCanny – Partner

Dominic is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a MSc in Occupational Psychology, B A (Hons) in Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Corporate Governance. Dominic is a trained Acceptance and Commitment Training Practitioner and licensed to deliver and interpret the TEIQue.

Dominic has a specific interest in wellbeing in the workplace having seen the personal impact psychological distress has on individuals as well as the difficulties it creates for organisations. He has extensive experience in conflict resolution and mediation within the workplace but recognised that there was a need to more fundamentally improve work wellbeing and enhance the working environment.
